We had our water heater go out last night, and I immediately heard back from Chris at 9:00 in the evening. He was at our home first thing in the morning and set up installation at noon. We called to get our aging water heater replaced along with some old piping surrounding it. Parker and Scott were awesome to work with and were really thorough. Parker went out of his way to explain all of our options and the pricing was really reasonable considering how expensive water heaters have gotten in the last few years. These guys are the best! I had to re-schedule at the last minute because I got called out of town. They didn’t make a fuss about it, but accomodated me. Parker and Scott came out on time, spotted the problem immediately, and fixed it right away. They know their stuff! They were also very pleasant, personable, and explained their work completely. Valley Home Services LLC is a company that resolves plumbing issues quite efficiently and effectively. I had no prior knowledge of this company before , however when Chris responded to my call immediately i knew i was in good hands.He quickly wanted to resolve the problem and carried out a thorough inspection of the piping system both in and out of the house within record time. Fortuately he did not find any leakages in the piping system. Following his meticulous work including not demanding for immediate payment I resolved that it will be the company to work with for any future plumbing problems in our house.

I am so beyond impressed and relieved from the work Valley Home Services did for me. They promptly scheduled a time to come next day due to my concerns, and a day later the job was complete. When they came to assess the situation, they quickly diagnosed the actual issue(s) and reassured me it would be taken care of for good. With my home being over 100 years old, there was a plethora of band-aid fixes over the years that were working negatively against each other in a number of ways. Not surprising. In half of a day, everything was fixed and is in proper working order. I am beyond relieved to not be worrying about a plumbing issue anymore. Thank you Parker & Scott! You two are amazing, and despite the quirks of my centry-old home, your spirits remained high. I am deeply grateful! If you have an older home like mine and have exhausted all options, Valley Home Services is the place to go – and should've been the first place you went. Cannot sing enough praises to them!

Parker was great! He came over and checked out my leaky water heater, explained the problem and gave me options on how to get it taken care of. They installed a new water heater that same day along with repairing other minor plumbing issues that needed to be taken care of.
